I am aware that I am less than some people prefer me to be,
but most people are unaware that I am so much more than what they see.

Medical, Art, and Weather Updates

I've updated my medical blog with sad news about the passing of friends in the Periodic Paralysis community.

I've also updated the art blog for the first time in a couple of years.

We've had a ridiculous amount of rain, lightning, and flash flooding here on the Bayou, as we always do at this time of year. I live in a wetlands area as it is, so I'm perpetually existing in a mud puddle. There has been so much water accumulation, it's starting to seep through the seams in the tile on my kitchen floor. Not good news, but there's nothing I can really do about it since I have no way to move out of here, so I'm practicing patience and mopping far too often.

What I would give to send all of this rain to California.

Now keeping an eye on Hurricane Lane, which is headed toward Hawaii. Let's keep them in our thoughts, and prepare to help if and when it's necessary.
