Operation Pound-A-Week has become Operation Pound-A-Month. I'm not happy it's taking me this long to lose, but at least I'm moving in the right direction.
Let's face it - I'm built like a football player. I'll never be skinny like I was when I was a kid, and I can accept that. My main focus is getting a little further away from the "danger zone". I'm apple-shaped and carrying so much weight in the front of the body puts a lot of strain on the pulmonary system. I have enough trouble with that as it is, thanks to Muscular Dystrophy. My goal weight is very reasonable, and I'm glad I'm not gaining anymore.
