Transition to the mandatory low carb, low sugar, low cholesterol, low everything but fiber diet.

Whole grain bread - check.
Whole wheat flour - check.
Whole wheat pancake mix - check.
Whole grain tortillas - check.
Wheat crackers - check.
Beans and Peas - check.
Hummus - check.

Fiber overload - inevitable.
